Terms and Conditions

• The customer must keep the invoice, as it is the only valid document for maintenance and repair purposes with the company's maintenance department
• For your health and safety, clothes and health care equipment are replaced, provided that they are not opened and are as purchased in their tightly closed packaging, within a maximum period of 15 days as of the date of purchase
• In case of device disorder, the company's exhibitions shall not be responsible for receiving the device, and the customer must hand it over to the maintenance workshop directly
• The company is not held responsible for any information or data stored on the device that may be lost during the checking or repair process
• The warranty period on Precor devices is 2 years as of the date of supply on spare parts, except for chairs, and covers, and a lifetime warranty on the frame
• The warranty period on Powertech and accessories is 3 months as of the date of purchase
• The warranty period on Assault devices is one year as of the date of purchase
• The warranty period on the floors is sixty days as of the date of installation
• All terms and conditions are subject to Kuwaiti law
